Our company was founded in 2008, providing performance management software development services for Fortune 500 companies such as PepsiCo. 7Geese was born as a side project in 2010 when we identified an opportunity to apply the real-time and continuous components of consumer social media to performance management to help companies move away from traditional performance reviews. In 2011, 7Geese began gaining traction in the market and we decided to focus purely on 7Geese. We have been working passionately ever since to continue making 7Geese better and better.
Our purpose is to utilize technology to help people achieve their goals, live in alignment with their values, and to enable people to unleash their full potential. We believe that people are intrinsically motivated to perform their best when the organization has a compelling vision, clear objectives, and a rich culture of recognition and support. Our customers may be organizations, but our focus is on the people that work in these organizations. We know that having a happy and engaged workforce is the best way for organizations to thrive and achieve sustainable growth.
